Serviced apartments also offer a level of flexibility that cannot be expected in a hotel. As they have fully fitted kitchens, you can prepare food yourself when and how you want it. Alternatively, if you want to eat out you can visit a restaurant. As most serviced apartments are based in or near city centers, this is very easy to do.
If you are staying in a hotel, however, you cannot cook food yourself. As a result, you have to rely on the hotel restaurant or room service or an external restaurant for meals. As well as being restrictive this can also become very expensive.
